Developed successive strategic and 90 day plans to launch and integrate new functions including business architecture, technology strategy consulting, data and analytics and data management and governance teams. Thought leader on technology trends, including open banking, quantum computing and fully homomorphic encryption. Ultimately my work has improved the bank’s stability, agility, efficiency, future readiness and strategic alignment.
Previously, as a contract consultant for Deloitte, supported a major Canadian Bank’s Enterprise Architecture and Technology Operations teams. Facilitated workshops, led analysis of the bank’s project and application portfolios, produced deliverables that accelerated the team’s ability to increase alignment, efficiency and agility across the bank. Major project work included conceptual architecture for a cross-border M&A, incident and root cause analysis, application rationalization, analysis for a major vendor contract, mobility and network strategies. Worked to implement a domain architecture program, developing patterns for data, digital, CRM, security, end user, product, financial advice, financial crimes, Cloud, CRM, payments and integration, and underlying portfolio management and governance pipelines.
